This is a picture of three kids that is getting ready to eat a bowl of soup. It looks like they have either got out of the camp already or they have just been put in there. Either way I think that the kids were all sad and depressed because of either what was going to happen or what had happened. The parts of the book that it reminds me of is when they are getting their daily rations of soup, which I don't think that they would get that nice of soup bowls or whatever the whole way through. They don't look very happy so it makes me think that this is a picture of them after they got out and everything.
